I had ostrich steak today. Well it's not the first time I've had ostrich meat, let's see .. I've had ostrich satay which was superbly yummalicious, and ostrich meat on hot plate which was doubly superbly yummadroolalicious. However, after today, I concur I do not like any form of steak. Oooh ... a pocketful of ironies I tell you.

Firstly, I love beef, but I hate steak. I do not like the bloody taste in steak. Yes you might tell me to get it well-done, but then the meat would be too tough. And having it medium-rare will ensure the bloody taste. Secondly, I hate pork, but I love bacon and bak-kua. Then, I love peanut butter but I hate nuts. Well, I'm certain there are many other such paradoxes but I am unable to think of them off-hand right now ...

*Ahem* Well here I am again, after, say .... 3 weeks or so? I reckon I've been too much of a recluse and the thought of blogging bored me. Anyways, this won't be a long fanciful entry, just a short one cos I'll be disappearing again! That's right, I'm off to Krung Thep for 5 days for some major shopping and eating spree...*Rubs hands together in glee* (Krung Thep's Thai for Bangkok).

I can't wait to go, to shop till I drop ... just hope that my asthma recovers by Thurs morning. Oh yes ... this is THE THIRD attack of the year. How bizarre. The fact that I had not gotten an attack for the past 2 years, and now, the attacks are raining on me. I've had asthma since I was four and it's been 16 years hitherto, so why ain't I growing outta it?!

And school's a mere 7 weeks away ... I wasted my holidays again -- not working. I did the same thing last year, while having my 9mth break waiting for entry to NUS. Gee .. if I were half as lazy as I was, I would prolly be hiding a huge amount of savings in my POSB account, rather than the measly sum that's sitting there now. Too late for regrets, ha!
